ALL parks even work key off so thus the name park. and wiring makes them so.(BCM runs em all) brake lamps work? reverse lamps work.? what flashes on the dash ,not told (of many may error lamps and more) misc thing dash dead, like what?/??? <<<a key fact missing. wipers work radio plays, turn sigs work , hazards work? blower dead key on, on high too<?????? high speed blower ? cars can have 2 to 4 fuse boxes. cab and engine bay I see folks all that time not read glove box users guide to see all fuse boxes first. seems to me this is a 100% pure electrical problem. service manual real =SM. the SM covers how it all wired up, knowing wiring tells the tech what to check next and fuses are #1 PDC and JB , boxes. both. this car has BCM , body brain that runs ALL you said is bad every inch of it step 2 after all fuses cab/bay are good is scan the PCM, the USA OBD2 16pin port using any scan tool USA..it now tells you DTC errors and now you know what to do next. lots and lots of errors possible it is a complex car. here power window and doors work (BCM again) front blower (called heater fan;/blower front) winter F12 not blown F107 not blown. on high blower must work on high does it? or not? not talking rear complex blowers. HVAC is complex on this car but blower is super simple. my guess is not checking all fuses, cab and engine bay. PDC F107 and cab JB f12 both must be good fuses to blow front. my guess is blower was not on high or fuse are blown. sure. if fails lower speeds, the resistor block on blower is blown out. as many are 22 years old.\ PARKS (complex) F101 not blown, F14 same. park relay closed, BCM controls this relay only. F1 ,3 and 5 run front park lamps. F5 runs rear parks. IF BCM goes nuts, all the above can fail the engine runs battery is 13 to 15vdc, not 10v or below. if not 13to15vdc the alternator is dead, and battery goes weak and BCM goes NUTS at 10v.. a tech checks all that, fuses all and voltage on battery running engine, the BCM might be bad or only that crazy DRL module planted on top of it. (PDC located DLR) not scanning he PCM you work blind and most posters here go broke (guessing parts) not learning to scan after all fuse test good and battery ;alternator voltages are checked. that is my answer, but can change fast with tests done. easy.

No fuse, ECM controlled very little amp draw..

no problem told just HUNT post. are all parking lamps dead front ,rear ,sides and mirror lamps? up to 12 lamps for park (tails = park) the front lamps are park and never called tails but are the same feed path. what matter is,which ones are dead. and if other things on car fail not told. read read chapter WIRING, (aka, schematics) the BCM runs them. so not scanning the PCM/BCM , you miss out on key DTC errors. https://eautorepair.net/Marketing/Default.asp

scan the PCM, see DTC errors,? sure will misfiring. ever put new spark plugs in it for 17 years>? hummmmmmmmmm old spark plugs love to fail under any extra load. up hills too. for 100 years same answer and same physics. sure last longer .

I'm sure coolant was not fully burped out as all noobs do wrong. and is not good for any engine with upper jackets day ever. again the word cranks not stated, turns over means zero the starter must crank and the engine spins crank shaft and engine starts and runs not stall. Is the IMMO lamp glowing wrong??????? dash lamp theft, IMMO is the lightning bolt LAMP glowing,.oops,if yes. TBW hard failure no idea mean what connectors pulled for a water pump. why not just have 1 post for one car one job W_pump. P2173 P2173-HIGH AIRFLOW/VACUUM LEAK DETECTED (SLOW ACCUMULATION) means (most times) vacuum hoses not put back or done wrong. it is vacuum leak it means the MAP sensor reads wrong and it did not before the job so is now. hoses wrongv. nobody here can guess what you touched to do this job. it be like ESP to the MAX stop using the word turns over, use crank, starts,and runs or stalls. all parts there turn, so turns means nothing lacking the 2nd noun starter motor spins (turns) the engine crank shaft seen to spin and turns some say (omg wild) turns over mean firing and running, no that is RUNNING. and sustained. is the key start position causes the starter motor so make loud GRRRRRGRRRR sound , then good, or not bad. if the starter does work then then cranks and runs. i answered 2 posts on topic, all I have are questions. blind and deaf.

Well I edited the post a bit and corrected spelling, and I have read it 6 times. I see a lot of stuff that isn't relevant and still wondering why you are waiting with a radiator cap in your hand :>) So you had a lot of coolant leaks, you have them fixed and you were worried about the water pump, so you told them "while you have the car up on the hoist for the wheel bearings, change the pump please". They did that, they lost a fixing bolt, but they found another. Now the car misfires. Well the water pump and the coolant system don't affect how the engine runs. The only thing I can think of is that when they changed the water pump they disconnected some wires that were in the way of the pump. Maybe the Crankshaft Position Sensor is down there and wasn't connected firmly. Shops shouldn't be charging $280 for plugging in a scan tool, my tire guy does it for nothing, having said that, the Lexus Dealership charged my $238 for a $40 plain wheel bearing! correction fuse 26 is ASD auto shutdown this may be better repaired at repair shop. copy and paste https://fuse-box.info/chrysler/chrysler-200-2011-2014-fuses

Sounds like sticky shift solenoids. You need an auto-electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer. The $5,000 ones can tell the solenoids to operate and verify that they have.

Check with the company that sold you the engine and see if they have access to the wiring harness.

NO engine told at all, and are not the same. 4 engines for USA>

1. drain RAD
2. drop belts
3. gain access to pump (varies by engine and body of car)
4. pump removed
5. and replace it in reverse of above.

2.7L chain drive pump, not easy ever, very hard for DIY. 3.5L v6 belt drive all these are easy and below. two v8 engines both are belt. serp. no VIN told so 4 engines can not be decoded or RTM read the service manual chapter, for YOUR ENGINE https://eautorepair.net/Marketing/Default.asp

in the service manual step 3 is drain the tank https://eautorepair.net/Marketing/Default.asp the PCM on cars, cuts fuel when spark is detected dead did you forget to check fuses, first. and scan the ODB2 scan port? and check fuel pressure before the fuel bath? check pressure cranking only on a dead engine is it dead, ,only HUNT posted. wow test the alternator next, 11 to 15vdc less is bad ALT(AT BAT TERMINALS LUGS) find a shop that can do electrics. keep and open mind. say will not crank , not will not start or answers WILL BE WRONG so it started and they did not once check all fuses and the alternator if they replaced the ALT and did not remove the NEG lug from the battery then the blow up the 100amp huge alt fuse making alt dead forever. or the other 3 alt fuses blown. find a real shop with real ASE techs, also learn that ALT can short one of its huge internal 3 phase DIODE and now the ALT I HUGE NASTY NOISE GENERATOR AND LAMPS FLICKER AND ALL COMPUTER IN THE CAR GO STARK MAD. WE SCOPE THE ALT TO SEE THAT HUGE NOISE ON THE BATTERY. BAD ALT i BET. THE WORST FOR HE WORST. OR BAD GROUNDS TO ALL THAT.
