answers ,blind no country told nor cars VIN nor year told. 1980 to 2023, 43 years made. no engine told , mk3 is sub model code ,not an engine. answers: (and each has the belt map for it)

1. the Renault dealer sells it. and map too.
2. all auto stores do.(ask them>?)
3. the service manual has this fact map. buy one?
4. the top belt maker Gates rubber web site, has your belt and a map to routing. A top quality belt GATES
5. USA cars, (i bet not you)Rockauto.com click your secret car and see the belt and see 10 makers and most every one shows routing to this engine. not told. and no year told.

the clutch manual is dead. clutch pedal manual transmissionthe clutch MC is dry under hood I bet, clutch fluid reservoir.car, getting in to neutral is easy for a tow.using 2 person, one pushes car, other shifts.all brakes offno tires(tyres) to a curb or large rocks etc. flat ground, if not call for tow.as person 1 gently pushes shift lever towards N.as person 2, jogs the car body, forward and back. easy. we are only moving car an inch (25mm) or so, and like magic N is attained now can be towed.this post assume cars shift is direct shift lever not those pesky cable shifter that cable snaps. no such car in USA so can not see it or find books. related.

check the maf sensor and the boost pressure sensor also check the boost pipe fitting where it goes into the inlet manifold they block up and also the fitting on the vac pump blocks up resulting in no vac to the turbo control solinoid also turbos are rubish on these seize or shear turbo shafts ect blah blah blah i could go on

Question edited to add maker for this obscure model. Question moved from 'Electronics' category to Renault. Not sure what inserting this card is about? "Message pops out when inserting the card but dies out when driving". It sounds like a 'Get this car Serviced' message if it goes away.

EGR valve sticking open as you come to stop, will stall (cuts off ?) well even 5o things can stall any engine for sure petrol (gas) bad engine (compression, etc, cam belts bad) bad spark, spark plugs and wires set if present , has 1 or 2coil packs? or 4 COPS.? if not COPS get hew HV wire sets. cops are 4 singles coil over plugs fuel problems,,bad fuel ,too much or too little fuel pressure tests are it. Do not drink and drive, or I'm staying home (LoL) bad IAC valve, stuck closed and stalls. the key first test is learn to use your right foot at or near stall use happy right foot to prevent the stall then tell the helper here,what it did? wow runs great or made engine shake and stall or just shake. shack is missing gross we have no such car here USA, so can't find it ,in our car manuals. no country told and books match, (country) cars are not all the same world wide, but the service manual tells how to do that; buy it? the words gain access is not the same on all cars. thus the magic of books, matched to car and country and year. buy a new bottle from Renault and install it. the bottle failed from ICE damage not using , antifreeze windshield cleaner juice. that is cause pure water is no good, learn that posted www forums in public ,nobody knows the cars day1 sold country. ever and that cars vary by that and year and what engine is there.. MASTER IS VAN 1980 TO PRESENT. 2006 IS GEN 2, VAN. 2010 IS GEN3 WE HAVE NO SUCH CAR /VAN HERE USA. If you have a tow bar, check connections/shorting etc at the towbar socket. I reversed into a post (hidden by shrubs!) and crushed the cabling behind the socket and rapid flashing indicators was the result. Changed socket and wrapped cable and all sorted.

is the starter motor working or not, heard,???? that normal sound is grrrrrrrgrrrrrr and no start., no run. the odd crazy things he car does ,smacks of bad or weak battery or dead Alternator, caused. jump cable jump start the engine, (at battery lugs) in USA we call AAA tow and they do it. lacking tools. if have tools a battery charger, charge IT up the battery 100% for say 5 to 10 HOURS. THEN CRANK THE ENGINE WITH THE STARTER NOW. A 10 AMP CHARGER IS GOOD ENOUGH AND CHEAP./

ok, but not told does car driver OKAY and with headlamp on and not dim lamps. the cars battery may be near EOL? 6yo. or alternator weak causing love battery voltage 13 to 15vdc running good ALT. I say all that because cars main voltage goes to 10vdc many vital computer can fail or go nuts, (random errors not real) as always check all fuses scan the PCM test the battery and ALTr if still bad find a better shop.

what transmission is there, AMT is reverse dead too? that is a bad clutch or bad clutch slave cylinder connect to TCM.. ooohhhh,ahhhh it is not a manual box (as seen for 100 years and now the AMT is an automated manual gear box yes is manual in the guts but no out side. there is some kind of automatic clutch to that that. no clutch pedal. There is TCM that does all the shifting and clutching. the cures are here. 1: check all fuses. 2: scan the PCM for DTC errors 3: get the car serviced in a shop.
