Can you borrow an ignition coil and/or control unit for a day or two to check for the misfires? The "Secondary Air System" should not be the problem since it merely is some air that gets blown into the exhaust line to increase start-up speed of catalytic cleaning. P0410 indicates a malfunction of this additional air system. This might be caused by the non-return valve in the air flow, the lambda sensor, or the air pump (which the turbo does not have, as far as I know). The abs light bulb has burned out (just like a regular light bulb). These bulbs can be replaced easily, you just remove the upper portion of the dashboard by removing the retaining screws and then you will see the gauge cluster underneath. The gauge cluster will unclip and unplug and then you can replace the bulbs which are burned out. It is very common for older cars to have dash bulbs burn out.

No, that's not stock. You should have only (1) Intank fuel pump. You should not have another fuel pump next to the fuel filter but I guess it's possible the car was modified by someone.

If it is a factory alarm. Look at the BCM(body control module). it can be scanned for codes. If it is aftermarket, take it out.

Then you have the incorrect transmission for the car.

First sensor has air/fuel mixture properties and the second sensor tells the computer if the first sensor is working and if the catalyst is ok.

You need to have the codes read for a good response. But you have a couple problems going on. No spark could be a fuse, crank sensor, wiring , or the computer. Limp mode is another problem. It could be a engine or transmission problem. Limp mode doesn't kill the engine, it puts the transmission in a certain gear so you won't be able to cause more damage.

If the belt does break it can bend the valves causing major damage. This is not a do it yourself kinda thing. There are manuals available at your local part store but it is a big job. I would recommend if you are not a veteran mechanic you hunt and find a shop that will give you a good price a warranty.

If the odometer stopped but it shows speed it is not the cable. There is a small plastic gear in the speedometer which will strip if you reset the trip odometer while the car is moving. Any speedo shop can repair it

What happens if you apply 12v to the contact at the steering wheel, that would test the harness? Next is to trace that wire to the next cable plug down the harness and try again. Process of elimination that you are already on.

Check your heater hoses, coolant lines to the Turbo and Oil Cooler.
