Where is the fuse for the power steering on a 2002 Polo please
most likely place is at the front of the engine bay i think its a 60amp ? look around the battery area ,some models have a small flat box on top of the plus battery terminal and this are some link type fuses but as yours has electric power steering then i would look for a fuse box holder around the battery tray area .

Location and replacement of pcv valve on vw polo 1.4 petrol 2004
I seems that car companies have made a game out of hiding these things lately. I would look for a rubber hose about the size of your little finger that is NOT connected to a power brake unit, it you have one. This rubber hose will usually come from the intake manifold area. If it is fuel injected, it will come from somewhere off the engine side of your mass air flow sensor which will be connected to your air cleaner. Follow this hose out of the intake to it's other end. It may lead to the valve cover, the PCV valve and plugged into another hose or it could lead to practically anywhere on the engine where it can access crankcase gasses. If it is plugged into 2 hoses, be sure that you plug it in in the same direction as you removed the old one. Some of these can be installed backwards and will raise heck with your engine if installed wrong. I had a 1999 Dodge with a 3.3 L engine that you had to remove the top of the engine intake cover to access it. You could see it from the side but you couldn't touch it. Good luck.
My polo is firing nice but not starting its 1.6 vw
For the engine to start you need fuel and spark. You have spark but maybe no fuel. Check fuel delivery to the combustion chambers. (Injection). Fuel in the tank. After that check confirm your timing. You could have lost a timing belt.
