Could be a number of things.its possible the car has 2 issues unrelated. Relays for the fuel pump often fail and coil packs themselves give trouble. However things that affect both spark and fuel Crank angle sensor Engine fuse blown or ecu fault The immobilizer is malfunctioning, try your spare key. scan the car for faults and report codes

Most probable cause disconnected or leaking vacuum pipes. You will hear hissing sound closest to the pipes. If it is using the newer motorized throttle body, it may have to be reset by a diagnostic scanner. The accelerator pedal position sensor defect may cause the same problem. Then again. I have seen a few cases where a large debris get stuck in throttle body that prevents the air flaps or butterfly from closing.

The headlights could of had burned out and need to be replaced.If the headlights are still not working after being replaced there might be a problem with the wires or the electrical parts that have the head lights work. A mechanic would have to inspect your car.

Don't put in a bigger size. If it blew once, it means something inside the fan has failed. Take a look for any obvious shorts in the wires: Failing that, Take out the fan, and see if it works. Most likely the short is right at the connector, where it vibrates out the most.

Probably a break inside wiring loom of one/more of the three wires that eventually connect to the speed sensor on top of gearbox. The break I fixed in my 2003 Leon 1.6SX was in the loom under battery tray. My symptoms were no speedo working, and erratic fuel guage (particulary when under 1/2 full). I repaired one broken wire. Trace the wire connection from the air conditioner compressor plug-in to the relay.ln most cases,the relay is mounted on the fender or fire wall.A/C control installation has three-wire connection.One wire is a ground,one wire is the input from the interior control panel and switches,and one is the power feed to the A/C compressor clutch.

Probably need to change plugs or cables. Injectors could be faulty. Idle air control in back of throttle body could be worn. Get car scan for free at part store. But don't just buy new parts unless you really need. Get other opinions

Try this..... Put key into ignition and turn so lights come on (facia).. Do not start car... Turn the steering wheel left to right 90° approx a few times. This will be quite hard to do. Then turn off ign and restart as normal. If steering wheel light has gone out and steering is working you will need a new motor drive at some point. Note.. Sometimes the fuse blows so check fusebox and replace if necessary.

Usually it's the coolant sensor (near thermostat body by cylinder head). May be better to get it put on to a scanner to verify.
