wow, no year car, nor engine type. stated. does engine run? this is first ,no? how many miles on it, 50k, 300K? what? has the cam change been making noise for ever? it means the input signals from that sensor is bad. that means its bad or the wires connecting it are bad. 1nz-fe engine? 1.5L if rpm is limited to 3000 rpm the ECU is in limp home mode. no other codes, does it run at all ? 388s, the ECU brain, what it means when 388 are thrown.? it means the ECU thinks the engine is spinning but the Crank sensor is producing odd signals. since you failed to say , if engine runs or not, i must guess. it can also mean the Cam sensor is not agreeing with the crank sensor. 1: sensor dead. (wires first) 2: sensor misfiring (wires usually) 3: The ecu can report 1 misfire in 10 from both sensors ! crank pulley is right side of car facing it, the sensors is at about 7PM check wires there.? yet? post more facts and we can do test. top fact, does engine run and run right>?

you blew the cig fuse, replace it.

clean injectors. clean throttle and air flow sensor

Check and clean your mass airflow sensor, it showing a lean mix in the exhaust, hope this helps

Did you replace the bulb and at least clean the electrical contacts in the bulb socket?

I cant remember the number for the fuses but I know they are located under the dash on the drivers side. The lid has a numbered diagram for the fuses you need to exchange.
