Caldina knocking at front right tyre and abs light is on
If you have ABS and that warning light comes on, you should have the system scanned for trouble codes. The code will point you in the right direction to look for the problem.Could be a faulty brake caliper, or other problem.
Caldina won't idle
s the check engine light on? If it is, take the car to an autoparts
store and have them use a scan tool to retrieve any fault code(s) that
are stored in the computer. Most parts stores provide this service at no
charge. The codes will help identify the problem. I would suspect a
faulty Idle Air Control valve. It is on the throttle body and provides
info to the computer that is used to regulate engine idle speed. That is
just speculation. The code or codes will help narrow down the problem.
Hope this helps and best wishes.

ABS light for My Toyota Caldina is ever on after changing CV joint
These are different systems. You also need to clear the old Code so you are not worrying about something that is fixed. The ABS light also reports on the rear Brakes too. So whatever you did up front has no repair value for the rear wheels. Some of these systems have circuits which could be scanned with the proper scanner. This means you can take the car and get it Diagnosed. Autozone, Oreilys, and Advance will do this free if they have the proper scanner. I worked mostly on Ford products but the ABS systems are more or less universal. The scanner may tell you which wheel or axle still has the problem. Sometimes if the brakelines are removed for a repair, the parts inside the brake system need to be centered for the ABS light to go out. It is a simple matter of rebleeding the brakes. Take it back to whoever worked on it to finish.
