I believe the brake dust shield was bent and it's now rubbing on the bottom of the rotor. Check to make sure the brake dust shield isn't bent.

Transfer that template onto the sheet of Masonite and using a jig saw cut around the outline that you have drawn from the cardboard. The Masonite will be around 3/16 thick (3-4mm) thick and should fill the entire area around the tyre so that the deck is complete with no spaces for anything to fall down into the tyre well

if the woofer is not busted mash down on the speaker and let it recoil. if you hear a rough sound like it is rubbing against its self the voice coil has gone out and you have to replace it.

run fault codes and check for faulty TCM

Maybe the Throttle Pedal Actuator needs a clean. If dirty the flap is not opening as it should.

check for power to the pump and check the earth connection for the pump. Check if you have a fuel pressure sensor in the fuel manifold and if you have check that it is operational and energising the relay from the ECM

the fan is failing read the FSM. on some there are 2 fans, electric, (engine size) and are staged. RTM,. its all there. are at alldata.com all cars overheat parked, the fan stops it. all cars. (some exceptions in Alaska, can send photos)

Its probably the alternator. The warning light comes on anytime alternator output drops below 12 volts. I should also tell you, you can't check an alternator by running the engine with the battery disconnected. The alternator needs the battery in series for the diodes to work. What you did could have damaged the alternator and also the engine computer. Only generators can be checked by disconnecting the battery.

door switch failing you will need to replace it more common to go on drivers door as it is the door with the most use. its a little black rubber sticking out of the door piler on Piller A
