You may well have ruined the fuel pump. They rely on fuel for lubrication and cooling. Have the fuel pressure checked. You can also try bleeding the fuel at the fuel rail in the engine.
Your local part store should carry a spark plug hole repair kit. Just make sure you keep the metal chips that get made from cutting the new threads out of the engine. Get some axle grease and coat the tap so that the chips will stick to it instead of falling down into the engine.
New starter or not, I would check the starter. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SNLcW7FhQFw
I don't think it is the battery or alternator. Fuses, relay, ignition switch, neutral safety switch or even the anti-theft system could be the source of the problem if it is not the starter. But the procedure above might be a shortcut identifying the problem before you go further.
Question edited for clarity and spelling, plus model added.
You can't bypass safety features on a car like a Saturn. All of these features are controlled by the Engine Computer, the ECM.
You need to fix the problem rather than trying to find a way around it.

If it won't turn over, the most likely thing is a flat battery.
Maybe the Starter Motor.
Maybe the anti-theft. Is the red light on?
