i cant fully determine your car however in most cases it should be in the front or side of the car's engine bay and held on with some hex screws

Ebay is the best bet

Find someone else who has the same radio installed in their car. Write down the sequence and procedure from switch on required to enter YOUR code (even though it won't unlock their radio) and then you should be able to do the same entry "blind" to your radio in your car. You may have to cause the other radio to go into code request to start at the proper point so be sure you have the code for that radio. Clear as mud?

Could be a fuse. check under the hood, or around the dash for a fusebox, inside the box should be a diagram saying what each fuse is for. it should say horn, or airbags. Could also be that a wire came off of the actual horn. look around under the hood near the driver side firewall, to find the horn. there should be two wire going to it. check if there are any frays cuts, or loose connections.

Have codes read.

U will need to remove the front bumper un bolt the 3 bolts and voila the light is in your hand. The bumper is held on by a few screws if memory serves me there are two on the slam panel couple in the wheel arch and a couple under most are little t20 torqs screws hope this helps

There are Garage websites out there now which allows you to put in the repair and garages will contact you with a price locally. According to which model clio you have the clutch kit on ebay are from 40 - 80 pounds in the UK .
Contact a local independent garage or mechanic for a price .

I have to say that the simplest would be to call AA, they're usually quite adept at opening bonnets if the battery is dead (preventing access to the bonnet release).

Most probably because your coolant level is a little low. Add some.

either main fuses under bonnet 60 amp for each side ir the light switch faulty ,also fuse in the interior fuse box but would have to blow around 6 all at same time so check the other first

Multifunction switch or a ground issue.

check your fuses first.but check the indicators are working first .then check for codes.as it can be break in the wire ,bad hazard switch .or bad indicator switch .or bad relay.need to test each part first.

found on ebay but may be cheaper to get a garage to do the test

find a diagnostic tool on ebay.

get the codes first the car will say what is wrong .then come back on here after you get the codes.

check all your lights look for failed bulb

bad switch change it.

maybe be 13 mm but but use a wrench then you will find the size .
