Replaced battery now tail lights are out and rough idle

Your vehicle computer needs to relearn because of the loss of power to the ECU. Once your car goes through the drive cycle, things should calm down. I think your Tail light may either be a coincidence or you neglected to put a ground wire on...

Vibe wiper relay location

The wiper relay in a Pontiac Vibe is located in the under hood fuse box. With the ignition in the ON position, accessory voltage is supplied through the 25A WPR fuse to the WIPER relay, the WIPER HI relay and the WSH relay that are all located in the underhood fuse block.

I have 2008 Pontiac Vibe. It leaks coolant from the main engine block, left side under the second pulley from the top where the serpentine belt is.

most likely you will need to break it done anyway. You will most likely find you have to replace the water pump.

My 09pontiac vibe has heat only on the driver side cold air on the passenger side help me please

i don't know - i am guessing heater/AC vents stuck, connection to dash control lost or gate jammed. eg. pencil or something fell into windshield vent etc. you could ask GM if there was a problem on this. Toyota Matrix may have same heater so you could ask Toyota dealer similar. temporary [one trip] fix might be to select 'inside air' but opena window. good luck.

Pontiac vibe abs fuse diagram shows fuses but the actual is a link fuse how can I determine if it's burnt and do I need to replace the whole link fuse

The fusible link is essentially an in line fuse on the positive terminal of the battery. To determine if the fusible link has been blown , one test lead of your ohmmeter should be on the positive terminal of the battery and the other test lead should be on the end of the fusible link going to the circuit it protects. If the link is ok, then the ohmmeter will read the same resistance as when the test leads are touched together, or very low resistance, usually less than 0.2 ohms. Replace if bad. Auto parts stores should have them. My preference would be NAPA

Heater resistor

The resistor (most of the time ) is a coil in ceramic cooled by the fan. They consume voltage and create heat and allow less voltage t the fan. When they fail it's usually the sows that stop not bypass full speed. So i would focus on. Fan plug connection, the fan switch (mechanical and subject to wear) or the connections on the resistor as it can get real hot.

2006 Pontiac vibe with 102,000 miles (just got an oil change). It's seven degrees outside in case that may be relevant. Turned the car on, let it warm up. Left the house and drove for about ten minute

Is that a low oil pressure light or a silly Check Engine light? Check the engine oil level and the automatic transmission fluid level. If those are ok, it could be a bad filter or the wrong oil, possibly a bad sending unit. BTW, there's no need to let that engine idle up to temperature even in cold weather. A minute is quite sufficient as long as you have oil pressure. Otherwise you're wasting fuel and creating more pollution since the engine efficiency is lowest at idle.
