Vibe wiper relay location
The wiper relay in a Pontiac Vibe is located in the under hood fuse box. With the ignition in the ON position, accessory voltage is supplied through the 25A WPR fuse to the WIPER relay, the WIPER HI relay and the WSH relay that are all located in the underhood fuse block.

Heater resistor
The resistor (most of the time ) is a coil in ceramic cooled by the fan. They consume voltage and create heat and allow less voltage t the fan. When they fail it's usually the sows that stop not bypass full speed. So i would focus on. Fan plug connection, the fan switch (mechanical and subject to wear) or the connections on the resistor as it can get real hot.

How do i set the clock on a 2007 pontiac vibe
try this..With the ignition on, but the radio off, hold the small hour button down until it starts to blink. Then hit the hour button as many times as need to change the hour. Follow the same procedure to change the minutes.

If the hub bearing has no play it should be ok and the rotor shiuls have been replaced if it had blue look as it has lost its hardness
