no country told and lights in USA are not same as say EU.(Europe) some have none now,. Look under dash of passenger side floor area or open glove compartment and move the clips. It should be in this area. there will be 4 or 5 screws (bolts) 7 or 8 mm holding the blower motor in place. It's likely that its a bad connection in this area or something inside blocking the motor from turning so prior to buying a new heater remove the existing one and wiggle the wires connecting it. Sometimes you give it a boot and it will start up which is just a loose connection. The wires could be burnt here indicating a loose connection there or too much resistance in the blower motor perhaps.

you ignition key has a chip in it and there is a chip in the ignition switch in the steering wheel. If either chip has gone defective you will get a shut down snd the anti theft message. If you have another key, try it. If you get the same message thern the problem is in the steering column. If you cannot check it or know how to repair it then have it brought to a reputable repair shop and have them check it out and if it is in the column, have them repair it.
