Oh yes indeed. Block sealer will plug it up, but then it will plug EVERTHING up. Not a good idea to go the block sealer rout my friend. Most likely a head gasket needs replaced BUT, before you do ANYTHING else pal, most likely it has an oil cooler in the system on the block somewhere. injectors buddy check for cloged injector or inop injectors get a noid light conect it to the injector harness and see if it flashes if so then signal is good if not you have another problem crank or cam sensor go to the moudle witch send the injector puls so check them if there is no pulseother wise its a broken bus line or pcm. you can try a pressurized injector clean to try to save the injectors its a simple precedure
