did you use a repair kit when changing your breaks I had this problem went and brought a kit from local Peugeots renewed rubber and pins good for go if the pin is bent it sticks causing the breakes to jam then releases with a knock good luck
I put my cables on the wrong way and cost me money because I burnt out part of my computer system. I feel you should get some one with experience to look at it.
Sticking clutch throw-out bearing arm or linkage/cable, or pedal, so that throw-out bearing is just barely and intermittently touching the throw-out plate of the clutch. Depressing the pedal slightly engages the bearing to the plate causing positive drive of the bearing, quieting the noise. After running a while, the bearing moves sufficient distance to disengage. Next time it happens, with the vehicle stopped, in neutral and with the parking brake set, stick your toes under the clutch pedal and pull it back, see if the noise stops or changes..
