Electricity buzzes when it hits high resistance. If it is making things turn on, there is most likley a short, or a bad relay causing a short. Look for damaged or tampered with wiring. Hope rats didn't chew through something....it happens.

Check to see if gas is getting into the oil which would raise the level. This can happen from flooding, i.e. a leaky injector dumping too much gas or possibly gas blowby past the piston rings and ending up in crankcase. If gas is in the oil most likely an injector is bad. Smell the oil and check to see if it smells like gas and or check viscosity of oil.. thin oil

Is it a Hybrid? They do that on purpose to save fuel. If not, dirty injectors, dirty/faulty MAF (mass air fuel sensor) or dirty throttle body.

No CEL/MIL? Plug into the OBD-II port and look at the accelerator and and throttle position PIDs for direction.

An anti-theft system that allows an engine to start wouldn't be much use in preventing the theft of the car. A properly working system is disarmed by the use of a correctly coded ignition key.

You will first need to get the car plugged into a diagnostic system or an OBD2 scanner to find the problem codes to tell you why the lights came on. Some local mechanics will do it a lot cheaper than a dealership or having to buy a decent scanner to do it yourself. Once the problem is fixed use the same type of system or scanner to clear the codes and lights. Simply clearing the codes won't work. The lights will just come back on. The reason for the light could be several different problems from a misfiring spark plug to a head gasket problem, (expensive). Comment with the codes below and I'll try to help you with them.
