should be able to release it from under front of car...sometimes not easy?? just a guess ...i have released them on different cars that way but dont know anout your......
An engine misfire is unlikely to cause that scenario. You need to know what the codes are, but there is more to this. A professional scan tool computer can diagnose the reason. A small hand held scanner is not enough. The pro version can record what happens to make it turn off.

You need a garage with a pro grade scan tool computer to find which module or sensor has failed.
If you have a low grade scanner, you may see a code. There is no easy fix to injector issues.
