350z squeeks on tight turns
Are you turning the steering wheel as far as, or as near as far as it will go? If so, that may be the power steering pump straining against the pressure of the rack-and-pinion moving as far as it's capable. If it that's the case, the sound should stop if you ease off the turn, and you just don't turn quite so tightly.
Turn key wont crank
Possible issues: too many to list
Do you hear a clicking sound when you turn the key to "START"? If so, I'd say your battery is dead.
Do any of your gauge lights, head lights, radio, etc. work just fine? If so, I'd guess you have a bad ignition, bad coil, or bad starter.
Likely issues:
Dead battery
Bad coil
Bad ignition switch
Bad starter

Here are a few ideas to check out: is your key fob working? If not, it could be the battery in your key. Unfortunately, after you put in a new tiny battery, it will have to be reprogramed. Could your car battery have worn itself down from frequent alarms?
Fuse box layout
Could be a parasitic drain like the underhood light, trunk light, floor light, map light, etc. not turning off correctly, something left plugged in the cigarette lighter port, or just a very weak battery that is due to be replaced, or heavy corrosion on battery terminals, very dirty battery top causing cross voltage drain. Few things to check there.

some nissans have points in the switch that get moisture in them causing the points not to make contact. You would have to take the switch apart and clean the points with sand paper,if you are not mechanically inclined let a tech do this or change the switch
