My guess is its frozen unless your from CA. Try heating your key w/ a lighter or spray WD-40 into the lock or some de icer

You have to remove the gear box from the engine first.

Have you tried replacing the battery in it?

sounds like trouble with your ABS ,check the codes for failed ABS it can be the relay ,or sensors or the ring behind your rear brakes.

Have a diagnostic check done. Check codes, wires, and valve body. Just a start.

if original, try flicking the key 5 times and then hold lock and open at the same time, assuming the key starts the car and is original key and remote, you will see the locks actuate if the battery is also good or new, usually they do not loose the fob memmory. try a new battery to the remote first.

Try charging your battery and/or replacing it, sounds like a dead battery. Repost if I am missing something, you didn't say if anything worked at all.
