Powersteering
I think you have air in your PS fluid. Check the level, turn the wheels all the way left, and right check again - is it any lower? Top it off and repeat until you are not adding any more fluid.

My Mercedes a160 problems. After or during rain with the water on the road the car will have an engine shutter and slows right down and then cuts out,
This sounds electrical in nature.have you inspected underneath and inside engine bay for trailing or bare or cracked cables.water is ingressing onto part of the electric system.could be anything from the ignition such as ht leads ....cooling such as electric fan.... Alternator....battery.check every where for loose ...frayed or bare wiring.you may have lost a splash tray that was removed during servicing or water may even be finding its way through front grill straight onto part of ignition system.lastly the ecu will record most events and log them as error codes which can be read at a local garage and reveal what may really be going on.unfortunaely some garages charge a fee whereas you might find a local one who will not.
