Depends on when and how it misfires. A constant misfire can be caused by ignition, fuel or compression related problems or even an intake air leak. I suggest you post again with more information and a more complete description of the symtoms.

It is possible that you may have two coil packs going bad as cylinders 3 and 5 are on different packs. To attempt to prove this without going broke, you could swap the 1/4 coil pack with one of the other two and see if the misfire changes the 1 or 4 cylinder instead. If it does, you have the issue resolved. See the diagram below for more details. If you can't read the coil packs on the right, they are paired from top to bottom as 3/6, 2/5, and 1/4

The battery is not being charged and is depleted. The clicking you hear is the starter solenoid engaging. Your charging voltage should be around 14.1 volts. Check for that when you have the car running. If it is closer to 12 volts that is the nominal battery voltage and your alternator needs to be replaced! Especially important if you have a new battery since lead acid batteries do not like being in a discharged condition; it shortens their life considerably.

I have a 2007 kia sportage lx 2.0, and just replaced the fuel tank pressure sensor after getting check engine light and consistent P0452. After finding 2 access ports under each back seat looking all over. No sensor found. No helpful info online found anywhere as to location. So bought repair book. It is under car, under evap canister. Hope this helps.
