Cars tend to have extra wires and connectors so that the same wiring harness can be used on a number of models within that type, Base Model, LX, GT, Turbo etc. If you can't see a connector that matches it, don't worry. The only people that could diagnose would be the dealership.

You need a good auto-electrician or the dealership with a pro grade scan tool computer to access the historical and live data. There is no other way to fix problems like yours.

explain more in detail what the car is doing.is the starter turning the motor and it wont start,or is the starter not turning.

No automatic have a range of sensors that report to the ECM that manuals do not have It would be better to install the correct ECM for manual car

Check the brake light switch on the brake pedal. It may need adjusting to allow brake lights to go off. The plunger on the switch needs to open when pedal is depressed, and close when pedal is released and in its normal position.

run the fault and look for accelerator position sensor and throttle position sensor problems
