Joel Yinger... I'd be taking that MESS back to your "SO CALLED" dealer... and have them DEMONSTRATE how it works... I have spent quite a while trying to figure a way around the FORD PATS system... Would be no mean task. (PATS = passive anti-theft system) You bought it... They sold & installed it... They need to give you your MONEY BACK or show why it DOES NOT WORK. Take it back now.

two 7.5 amp fuses next to one and other top left if i remember rightly

How clean is the air filter? Do a fuel pressure test to see if there is any problem with the pump.

What problems are you experiencing? Have you done a diagnostic test to see what other codes come up?

Those look like the factory wheel to me, there is a part number on the inside of the wheel.

bad connector change it. get a new one from any part shop or even ebay

Factory installed units do not have a valet switch. Aftermarket unit can have them anywhere the installer wants to put it

Andrew, Ford Focus 2L tdci computer box, ECU's are repairable sometimes, if not normally no charge. You would have to google search for a repairer in your area, search Ford ECU repair/testing. As Ray G. suggested you could probably get one at a local auto wreckers, may have to be programmed or flashed to your vehicle by a good Tech. with proper equipment. there are a set of wires on the right arm of the trunk lid that get too close to it and end up getting cut. you will have to fold the rear seat down and climb in the trunk to get to the emergency open cable to open the trunk, then you should be able to splice the wires back together and zip tie them up out of the way, just make sure you leave enough slack in the wires so you can still open the trunk.

A/C Switch Assembly The A/C switch assembly integrates the A/C request button, RECIRC request button and rear DEFOG button into a single assembly. The A/C request button is enabled by the blower motor switch. The A/C switch assembly sends a reference signal to the blower motor switch. When the reference signal is grounded (blower motor switch turned ON) the A/C request button is enabled. The A/C request button is disabled when the blower motor switch is in the OFF position. When the A/C request button is activated (indicator ON), an A/C request signal is sent to the PCM. The A/C request button indicator can be toggled on and off when in the FLOOR/DEFROST or DEFROST mode, but an A/C request signal will be sent to the PCM regardless of the indicator status. When the RECIRC request button is activated (indicator ON), the air inlet mode door actuator will drive to the recirculated air inlet position. When the RECIRC request button is deactivated (indicator OFF), the air inlet mode door actuator will drive to the fresh air inlet position. The RECIRC request button is disabled when in the FLOOR/DEFROST or DEFROST mode.

Fords trouble codes consist of either Obd1 codes for pre 1995 vehicles which consist of two, or three digit numbers and no letters or Obd2 codes for 1996 and newer that consist of a one of 4 letters followed by a three digit number. The only letters used by ford are P C B U. powertrain, chassis, body, and U= network.
