Jump one gear on your belt left side or right side it should go great again

mondeo ,same as Xtype jag running gear but the software iam not sure about ,could be stop light switch but could be a sensor ,so you will not like what iam going to suggest and that is take it to your local ford garage and let them plug it in .

Have they heard the noise or just you? Not hearing the click myself, it is quite possible that the exhaust manifold gasket has a small leak due to improper torqueing, crack, defect, or warp. I would sound mechanical but is actually air and would be intermittent at the early stages. Just to make sure, get a flash light and mirror and examine the exhaust manifold assemble looking for grey or black powder. It is a long shot but could be the issue, as could be a flat cam lobe, sticking valve from a bent or damaged guide, or other unforeseen abnormal conditions such a crack in a bucket. You could try a super oil and see if it does not go away in a week. I have had them fix issues like this as well.

clean the negative terminal the do it up tight the clicking noise will be that the starter solenoid is not getting a good current flow because of the loose terminal

first question ---did you get a brand new MAF sensor or one that someone had lying around what was the code that prompted the replacement of the MAF sensor as there can be up to 7 causes for the code

My lists of interference engines does not list the 99 ford focus 2.0L engine. There shouldn't be any damage to engine.

Loosen your lines and be sure nothing fell into them to clog them up during engine change

It sounds like one of the sensors mounted in your bumper is bad or you have something obstructing one of them, mud, snow, etc. unplug them one at a time until the noise stops, that will be the defective one

check your harness connections are correct

Ford did not make the Focus until 2000 year model, and it never came with a 3.0 V6 only a 4 cylinder DOHC engine.

have a 2005 ford focus and a lifter is making noise already put 5 bottles of fuel treatment in fuel i also change my oil every 2500 miles pkus i add a bottle of engine honey .are we taljing about alot of money to fix lifter doesnt burn oil

Which fuse was blown? If it was for the fuel pump, expect it to need replacing.

There are three fuse's F2.62 7.5amp , F2.31 20amp , F2.41 7.5 amp . located in the central junction box !

ford have those go to local dealer

look at connectors at back of speakers see if they have come loose or broke ,also check speaker wires behind radio for dame problem.
