Handbrake will hold when in neutral i can't push it and reversing. In drive the car still moves forward without accelerating. when car is off in park with the rear up, wheel spins.

I have a Ford Focus 99 model the motor has jumped time and I was wondering if I would have to replace the whole motor or if I could just redo the belt and it back in time

My lists of interference engines does not list the 99 ford focus 2.0L engine. There shouldn't be any damage to engine.

What make the power steering pump to fail when you have replace the engine. im driving 2005ford focus and the power steering pump is no longer working.

Loosen your lines and be sure nothing fell into them to clog them up during engine change

My ford focus zetec reverse sensor comes on when i turn on the ignition. It stays on constant while i am driveing not beeping just a constant drone

It sounds like one of the sensors mounted in your bumper is bad or you have something obstructing one of them, mud, snow, etc. unplug them one at a time until the noise stops, that will be the defective one
