Indicators not working
Sounds like you may be getting water inside of the fuse panel.Take your fuses
out and check for corrosion, and blown fuses. When replacing them, use small
amounts of dielectric grease on them. But my main concern would be figuring out
the water is getting inside the car.Possibly a bad door seal,or leaking
windshield seal.Good Luck!
Ba falcon wont start
Why are you pouring hot water on the ECU? I would be checking the spark plugs first

Why does hazard fuse keep blowing
There might be a short-circuit somewhere between the fuse box to the light.
I think that somewhere in that region is a wire that touches the body of the car, or something like that.
The body of the car is (most of the time) the mass (the negative of the battery).
For me, it could either be the wire from the fuse box to the light (maybe the rubber coating is damaged?), either the mounting stock of the light bulb (often the problem in household lamps), or the fuse holder which touches the body without any insulation.

Driving through junk yards, a roadside electrician points out the obvious to me that my taillight is out and he could fix it for $80. After checking for about 45 min. He gets all my lights running. No more blown fuses. He said it was the headlights causing the problems. The wires were touching. Thnk
My xr6 won't start. Comes up saying immobilized.
It is low battery voltage. It's a common problem with late model falcons, being more demanding on battery voltage. The original batteries were only warranted for 12 months and were not really up to the task. Your best solution is replace it with a good quality higher capacity battery, around the 600CCA range. This is also true for the bf falcons. Generally when the battery is starting to die you will get airbag errors popping up for a few weeks then after a while it will immobilise.
I had a starting problem with my ford xr6 2005 ,
you should have disconnected the battery and then just left it ,try the spare key first incase its been de goussed by a mobile phone or similar .I dont think their is a lot else wrong but their could be as this sort of fault i do get a lot with the cars left at the long term airport parking where the battery isnt disconnected
