My rocam 1.6 how do i know if its my hydrallic lifters making a noise

If the noise goes away when the idle speed increases its not the lifters, check the oil pressure is ok at idle and increases with engine speed, check the oil is not to thin or wants changing, the oil pump relief valve may be stuck or the spring spring broken.

Ford bantam1.6i xlt rocam 2006 .the idling does not stay level it goes up and down

If the battery has just been replaced or discharged this could be normal. With a battery disconnect the learned calibration of the cars computers are reset to factory settings including idle, The car needs to relearn the idle and running settings. It can take several minutes and driving for this to occur. The car will in many cases want to stall during this learning cycle. Note this problem usually will only occur during battery replacement or discharge. If not associated with a battery disconnect then borrow an OBDII scanner and read the codes. If the car is derivable take it to your friendly auto parts store for a complementary scan tool code readout. The computer information will lead you to the likely sensor culprit. Hope this helps?

I am looking for a new engine

We have no parts resources of any kind, but that said you can try auto salvage yards, there are hundreds all over the USA. Just do a used part search and lots will pop up in the search results.

Ford Bantam rocam Clutch: How do I bleed the clutch?

Clutch bleeding on hydraulic slave cylinders are done in the exact same method as regular hydraulic brakes. If the slave cylinder has a separate reservoir, make sure it is above "MINIMUM" at all times. If it does not have a separate reservoir, then it works together with the master cylinder for the brakes, make sure that one is above minimum too. Pump the clutch pedal a couple of times (note you will rarely feel any resistance in the pedal), hold the pedal down, and have someone open the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder. Close it when no more fluid comes out with pressure, then rinse and repeat until the clutch pedal feels ok.

What causes the cooling fan to operate non stop/ kicking in very often?

The temperature of the coolant (mixture)... is monitored by a thermostat... which then activates the cooling fan... It is most likely in a ten year old car... that the cooling system has NEVER BEEN serviced... and more likely the FAN and Temperature sensor are the early warnings of a major cooling system failure. Check your pump, hoses, fluid levels...for any obvious signs of leaks... Invest in a pressure tester (see below) and test the integrity of your system... before buying that new anti-freeze. Hope this helps http://aideyouhuo.net/freereadbook-pdfonline/ford-bantam-2006-manual.pdf http://www.manualspath.com/get~workshop-manual-bantam-2006.pdf http://waterstoneaesthetics.com/ebook-name/f/ford-bantam-2006-manual-.pdf
