Using the same web page reference that Admin Andy suggested, fuse F73 is actually in the dashboard fuse box. It's behind a small cover at about knee height, usually on the drivers side. Fuse 73 is a 15A (blue) positioned as top row, second from the left. I added a photo.

You will need to get a good mechanic to look at this. This sounds like the vehicle has gone into "Limp Mode". Can you get access to the injector? There is a simple test you can do if you can get to the injectors. All you need is an extra long screwdriver or something similar. *Note* The engine will be running when you do this so be careful. Try this. Start the engine. Press the tip of the screwdriver against the first injector. Put your ear to the handle, *Note* it will be louder than you expect. You're listening for a fast, even, regular ticking noise. Get a helper to GENTLY press the accelerator pedal to listen for any change in the sound. Repeat this method for each of the other injectors. If the sound is uneven or sounds wrong to you get a good mechanic to check to see if that injector needs replacing.

but is the odometer working right.? if is, the speedo is bad.,inside cluster. IP. if is wrong too ,so is send data to it is wrong. speed data some cars have bcm that sends speed data to cluster. in the USA we scan the PCM and it tells use clearly why it fail. even communication bus error. (to cluster)
