The front wipers are controlled by the TIPM - totally integrated power module (electronic module ) ! Check power an ground at the wiper motor connector . Four wires , Black is ground , brown / white is low speed , brown/lite blue is high speed ,brown / orange is park switch sense . Can you do this ? Doubtful a motor/fuse issue if the wipers try to work. Suspect a seized wiper pivot causing the linkage not to operate. The pivot is what the wiper arm/s attach to. To verify, you need to disconnect the wiper transmission asssembly from the wiper motor and try to manualy move the linkage by hand. In some cases the pivots can be lubricated making them free up and turn again. In most cases the entire linkage will need to be replaced
there are fusible links that will melt,like a fuse,find all of them and replace the bad ones,its on the secondary wire to the positive side of the battery
The signal to the alternator is controlled by the ECM/PCM, so the best thing to do is check all connections to the alternator and battery to make certain that they are clean and tight and have the vehicle scanned for fault codes.
There is one larger red w/grey wire to the alternator, that should have power from the battery, if it does not, then the fusible link to that wire has blown. If there is power to that wire, then the problem may either be in the alternator itself or the PCM.
If that is the case, you will need to hook up a scanner to it, to see what the PCM is saying that the charging system voltage is.

Simply disconnect the battery there no fuse for a check engine light the light come on by the computer see something wrong because it doesnt start or you simply want to remove the light
Sounds like the solenoid on the starter is not getting any power, check the small wire connection on the starter to see if there is power in the start position, if not you have an ignition switch problem or an open circuit between the ignition switch and starter solenoid... if you do have power in the crank position then you have a bad starter.
The horn system operates on battery current received through the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). A signal is received by the TIPM from the Cab Compartment Node (CCN) over the Controller Area Network (CAN) Bus when the horn switch is pressed, and the horn(s) sound(s). The horn system circuit is designed so that the system will remain operational, regardless of the ignition switch position.
There is no dedicated fuse for the horn.
Use a test light to check for power at horn to see if you have power.

not sure what exactly your after but if you push on the horn pad and you hear a click noise then the system is good from the pad to and through the horn relay. check for power at the horn wire itself. if this is good then replace the horn itself.
First try a wire straight to the fan from the positive battery to the fan keep you hands away from fan if it turn on check your. Fuse if ok try fan relay
