Freezes starter doesnt turn over

Check the age of the battery. When it gets cold an older battery can't cope and can even freeze. An easy fix is to leave some kind of heat source, i.e. a lamp, under the engine to keep the battery from freezing. The more practical, albeit expensive way, is to replace the battery if its more than 3 years old.

Where is the camshaft sensor on a 2007 dodge caliber?

There should be two sensors. They will be on the side Of the motor that the transmission is bolted to. The intake cam sensor will be on the side of the head closest to the radiator. If you look kind of under the fuel rail you should see it. It will be held in place with a single bolt. A ten mm socket will be neede to remove the bolt. It will also have a two wire connector plugged into it. The exhaust cam sensor is exactly the same and will be in the same area except on the side of the motor closest to the firewall. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using FixYa.com! I have a 2007 dodge caliber. The car has only

Im not to sure if this model is fitted with accident stop. usually if you have had a bump it turns of the engine. until the code has been rest. sometime if it is this type you can take the battery off and leave it off for 12hrs and re put back on. and it resets. but not herd of them doing this. you see the bump could of lost or broken a sensor and driving with the case of it water may have got in to it and that is why it has taken this long for the problems to occur. would first start looking on the side the bump was. and check every sensor. abs is the sensors on the wheels.
