You can't disable it. Newer Dodges have chips in the key. Older Dodges you could lock the car down and open the door with the key to disarm the alarm. Try both doors. The latch sensor in one door could be broken. If still no luck, you'll have to get it on a scanner to read codes. Code readers don't read security codes.

Not all scan tools will read ABS codes. Find one that will and retest.

Alternator is probably still bad. Even though it's new, there is a lot of bad "new alternators". I have had to keep exchanging new alternators as many as 4 times before finding a good one. Also could be bad new battery, especially from Walmart or Rural King. Can have both tested free at most pa+rts stores.

When you say brake system do you mean rotors and pads or everything including the brake booster, sensors, abs. If you want a good set up go with brembo.

your car had tpms tire pressure monitoring system in each rim you previously had on. they did not get put on the new rims so your car thinks your tire pressure is at zero. so it freaking out. you need to get those sensors on the new rims and reset. that will solve your problem

sometimes but not always,try looking in walmart for a can of some brand of stuff to free sticky valves and lifters,sea foam works good but ask and read directions first,you want the kind that you can add to your oil,do it during an oil change if you can.
