2006 Chevrolet Uplander LT - Page 3 Questions & Answers
My Chev Uplander has 225/60R17 tires on it , Can I put 235/65R17 on it?
You probably could and at a complete guess I would say the aspect ratio would be similar though it would depend on whether there is adequate clearance to prevent fouling of the suspension parts and of course the standard tyre pressures will need varying a little.
One word of caution; these days insurance companies expect to be told if you have modified your car and fitting different tyre and/or wheels is something they consider a modification - in fact any deviation from the exact manufacturer's specification...
If you don't tell them and your car is involved in a collision, you could find the insurance company withdraws your cover if it is examined.

I am getting p0030 , p0036. po102 and p0443 on my 2007 chevy uplander ,
I think the first thing I would do is clear the codes and see how many come back after you drive it.Code 30 and 36 are for the heater circuit in the O2 sensors on bank one. I doubt it would be both sensors, so it may be a wiring problem.Code 102 is for a low signal from the mass air flow meter which could also be a wiring problem or the sensor or a dirty air filter.Code 443 is for a problem with the evap purge solenoid circuit which again could be a wiring problem or the solenoid.

2009. Why is heat not working?
Make sure that your coolant level is up to the max fill mark in the reservoir (do not take the radiator cap off, especially when it is hot!)
If you have coolant, check to see if the fan is working.
If your cabin vent fan works, and the temperature gauge of the engine is up anywhere between max & min marks, then there is probably a blockage in the heater hoses or in the heater core. This will need to be flushed-out, and should be taken to a mechanic.

Can u set your own fob ?
That is an item you have to have a dealership do for you. Make sure to bring the vehicle and the new FOB to the dealer to have it done. They have to program it to the onboard computer.

How to replace broken lug nut studs on a
lug studs are pressed in from the back of the hub flange so clear access to the hub and behind it . use a hammer and drift ( punch) knock the broken bit back towards the inside of the hub flange . Place a new stud in position ( splines may line up a bit with marks already in the hole) use the nut and a series of washers and tighten the nut . It will pull the stud into the hub. If you want to do it another way ,take the hub off, knock out the broken bit, place the hole over a piece of pipe and insert the new stud. use the hammer to drive it home
