Did you drive it after or did it stop running if it stopped it is possibly your fuel pump has gone out if you were able to drive it the fuel filter could be stopped up need a little more information about this

2things it could be,the wiper motor,or the switch that turns them on,if power is going to switch and it doesn't work,then maybe switch,apply .You can always take switch or motor back if they there not the problem.

firstly check that your battery has a charge using a voltmeter, it needs to have 12vif no charge, you will need to charge the battery.if it has a charge, and the battery terminal connections are good, you will be looking for the the engine to turn(attempt to start)if it turns and stasts, fine.if the engine does not turn, you will need to look at the startermotor connections. (power supply to the starter motor via the ignition switch turns the engine)hope this helps

If you have a multimeter remove and test the fuses for continuity (OHMS) as fuses can look OK but they have blown. If your replacing fuses ONLY replace the with one of the Same colour and Amp rating.
