Possible broken motor mount or torque strut. Your engine is probably rocking too far when it is put into gear. The torque strut will prevent that. The rubber bushing n the strut is probably bad.

my friend i cant understand what you mean conks?the filter if have problem dont stop if its warm...there is always with problem.about the brake...maybe your braking circuit have air or you have leak.
