have to have the OBD scanned and message cleared , there will be a short cut to do this but i'd recommend doing it by the OBD scanner as this will tell you if there is a problem with that system, or just had a message thrown up because of misread signal at sometime , after all it is the air bag seat belts were talking about so you want to make sure there working ok i would have thought

Can you wiggle the fan front to back when the engine is off? If so, check to see whether it is the water pump or the fan clutch and replace as required....
