BET YOU REPLACED THE CRANK SENSOR ON THE HARMONIC BALANCER, CAM SENSOR IS ON THE CYLINDER HEAD.

It might not need to replace the belt but to adjust (tighten) them. Check for a loose one and adjust it. Does the noise changes or stops if the AC is on or off? Or if you turn your steering all the way to either side?
