How did get my esp light to go off, on my 2006 audi a6.

When the light stays on it indicates a fault is occurring in the system. In order to repair this you first need the control module scanned for fault codes and then careful diagnosis will reveal the failed part.

Yes it needs to be coded and adapted for that car so it works with equipment installed . Depending on year it may need to be released from component protection mode, thats an anti theft mode. I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/anthony_dda4e0152e94f3c0

My Audi will start, run for varied lengths of time then die immediately without any sputtering. Could it be a sensor? Thanks

have a pressure test done on the fuel manifold to check for pump--pressure regulator and filter problems. Run fault codes to check for air flow sensor faults.

White smoke tail pipe wont gasket

You have a "blown head gasket" This means that the gasket seal between the cylinder head and the cylinder block has failed. Coolant is getting into the combustion chamber (cylinder) and being heated into steam.. If you carefully smell the exhaust FROM A DISTANCE, don't stick your nose in the tail pipe, you will detect a sweetness to the steam from the glycol in the coolant. Now you need to either get a quote to have it done, or research how to do it yourself. If you are NOT a fair to decent mechanic, then don't try doing yourself. If you pull the spark plugs you can narrow down the area where it's failed. The CLEAN plug is where it is.
