If key won't come out of ignition the problem is most likely park shift interlock. The park shift interlock is a device that won't allow vehicle to be started unless it is in park. Also the cable could be stuck.

It is behind the left headlamp under the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). You have to partially remove the front bumper fascia and the PCM to get at it. (see diagram)

According to a website I found for you, if it's a 2010 model you can't do it yourself. The site, which has much more information on the subject that you may want to read, said: "There is no onboard programming procedure for this vehicle.
