check your transmission fluid level while vehicle is "off " it should be higher than normal . Now Check the fluid a 2nd time with the vehicle running if the fluid has not moved fromits original mark like from the first you checked it your torque converter may have worned down splines but your fluid level can lead you in the right direction.

Sounds like you need an auto locksmith. All vehicles need two keys, because when you lose the only one you have, you will either have to change the key cylinder and reprogram or be towed to the dealership for a key cut based on the VIN Number and reprogram. Basically, You can't! That light is on for a Reason! The OBD electronics has detected a problem with one or more of the air bags. The only sensible way to turn off the light is to fix whatever the problem is. It is NOT a good idea to 'Bypass' the light as the airbags might not work when you need them! I'm not sure about Australian prices but I've seen some really basic OBD2 Code Readers for about £25.

It looks like fuse 13 is for the Brake Pedal Position Sensor. I'm assuming your vehicle has an automatic transmission and you need to press the brake pedal to get it to start. This could be a wire 'shorting out' to somewhere it shouldn't. Basically the electric power going down the wire is jumping across a gap and not going where it's supposed to go. Hunting electrical 'shorts' is a pain in the tailbone if you don't know electrics so take it to a good auto electrician. They'll have the tools and the knowledge to sort it out.

There is no need to reload the firmware. If it is faulty, replacement and reinstallation using the factory software tool is required.

Try running a bottle of Extreme Clean Fuel System Cleaner through it. Clean the connector contacts on the o2 sensors. Make sure the coolant system is full and no airlocks.
