you have a 4 cycle engine, the four cycles are intake, compression, power and exhaust valve timing is the only thing that will change the intake and exhaust strokes causing the loss of compression, and that will cause your problem, and that only happens when you need a timing belt or chain most commonly you loose the power stroke, that is split into two components, spark and fuel. if you have a 2015 vehicle it better be under warranty and you should get a free rental car while they fix your car for free

Torx head bits come in several sizes- 10, 15, 20, 25, 27, 30, and 40 for the smaller ones. Buy a cheap set of them, then you will have the right one. For the seat track application, I would expect about a size 25.
