if you had problems and paid money. you can take it back and they by law need to fix any problems they did and not charge you till your happy. if you have any issues you can always call the attorney general at the state and with there help you can get them to either fix the problem they caused or get some of your money back to take to another show to fix there mistakes. the grinding my guess is the speaker may be sticking out to far and rubbing on the brackets or used the wrong length bolts something like that. check on youtube for door panel removal. most come off easy and just need a door panel tool or screwdriver

Very first thing you should have done is to check the ground between the vehicle frame and trailer frame. That's the only thing that can be causing this problem. Be SURE the grounds are connected very well. I've found the ground to be the only problem in these situations every time. Can't be anything else, it's all good.

You're talking about the back seat. I had a toyota once that you pushed bottom cushion toward back of car, and then lifted up on front of cushion. Probably some trick like that but you might try google for that model of car also.
