Hi Wayne, Check the fuses. If the tail lights have blown a fuse, the same fuse also operates the instrument panel lighting. If it's the front it will probably be a fuse. As you have forgotten to say which vehicle model the fuse may be inside the cabin or under the hood. Regards John

Find Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit B circuit and replace it.

check the fluid in manual transmission and in the front and rear differantals i thing you might have blown your transmission

Check that the battom of the belt where it goes into the reel holder it horizontal, if it is not adjust it.
