Cruise control not working
as it an automatic and one of the sensor for the cruise control is the VSS then I would be suspecting that there is a problem in the overdrive of the transmission -could be harness connections , TCM
cruises control need these items to operate
brake witch to be operational-- touching the brakes cancels the cruise control
VSS to be operational , --reports the speed of the vehicle so that the cruise controlled speed can be maintained
tachometer to be operational --- will shut the cc of if there is a speed limiter involved
gear position switch to be operational ECM to be operational
if any one item has a break in circuit , the cruise control will turn off
could be as simple as a bad ground connection for the ground wire from the battery

check the alignment adjust if necessary ,,if lock not turning and key turns in cylinder replace cylinder --if cylinder turns and latch not moving check actuator rods are present and connected
My power steering goes hard in and out
Check the power steering fluid and see if it is empty, if it is, refill and see if the problem persists. If full, then refer to your dealership and they will run tests for you.
Where is clutch bleeder valve located?
on top the the transmission see the pic below.
some versions of the master cylinder will have a bleeder too but you can bleed the clutch from the slave just fine. This job is best done with 2 people or a hand vacuum pump will be required. Keep in mind that the reservoir is small so keep an eye on the level while doing this job

The NPS is mounted on the side of the transmission behind the shifting lever. Better left to a mechanic to do because it needs to be adjusted correctly. It's not just a bolt on part.
