I would say its not all the way into park.

You need to get the engine code read. Even if the light is off, there will be a code stored, and that will tell you the problem. It could be a cam position sensor, or some other. That's what the codes are for. Most auto parts places will read your code for free.

You need a tune-up, ignition, timing, fuel supply adjustment.

The first thing to start rattling on cars are the heat shields for the exhaust system. Usually around the catalytic converters first.

Never have used torque specs. Keep in mind. If the plug has a metal gasket, snug it down, add 1/4 turn. If the plug is beveled, snug it down add 1/16 turn. But I believe the torque is 17 foot pounds.

have you checked your fuse box, the Lid that opens up should have the fuse location for the horn on it. most likley it will be a 10 amp or a 15 amp.. so worse case start puling those out and check each one to find the blown/burnt one.

There may be two locations, main fuse box for your vehicle will have one and they have them on the wire for tail lights just a few inches away from the tail light bulb, you should be able to see it when replacing the bulb...

Find and tape leak in the hose with electric tape, then go buy and replace with new hose, don't cost much and usually can be replaced in a couple minutes...good luck

after replacing pads and shoes, refill brake fluid level,,,,,and,,,pull the rubber pad on the inside of filler cap to its full expanded state,,,,, then put on brake cap... it turns off abs, traction control, because it keeps the fluid from sloshing .
