If there actually is an issue, yes it can. You own a 2011, which will be under warranty. Take it to the dealer to get this checked out for free!

Hello, Call Lincoln Customer Service to report this problem. Be glad that none of the mice died inside your duct-work. It would be hard to imagine the mice lived inside your vehicle before you drove home. But as a dispute issue, you did not order a factory mouse-equipped car. You do not know where the mice came in, but you also do not know when they arrived either.

It is becoming more common to use natural materials like SOY-based foam for the seats and some of the wiring and insulation are derivatives of this and other organic materials. To me this is like putting food out for the varmits.

Our problem on our new 1988 Lincoln Mark 7 Bill Blass Edition was also caused by rodents of another type. Our A/C stopped working. When the mechanics opened the ductwork they found about 3 pounds of Black Walnuts that had been dropped into a hole in the air valance under the windshield. We had wondered what the squirrels were doing running under the car all the time. They picked an expensive stash for their winter food. Our Dealer did not charge us a dime for all the work involved in opening the dash. They even bagged the Walnuts and left them for us.

Twenty-two years later we are still purchasing Lincolns from their Dealership. I would call the main Lincoln Customer Service and since they can not say when the mice arrived, they could at least split the bill with you. Put some traps inside your garage too!

anthing this new should be taken back to the dealer and let them fix it under warranty.
do not attempt to repair it yourself as this would certainly invalidate any warranty on any parts you repair yourself.

it probably only needs adjusting, but it must be done by the dealer to preserve the warranty

Dealer should be able to do that for you for free as new as it is.

bad blend or mode damper door motor actuators. is cause (maybe) we know how to move them by hand motors off (actuators) hot all the time is blend unless AC compressor is dead. yes blend doors can jam fully to hot, sure can., It needs service, there are other causes. most of the tests you can not do. or easy. there are 2 systems here.

• the AC R134 loop dead or weak.

what I do is make sure the compressor runs and if does, move the blend door by hand (my jeep has built in self test of this) and by hand I put the damper to evap core only mode and if no cold air now, the loop is bad and I stop here, lots more tests from hear. or he AC condensate drain is clogged even covering up deeply evap core . blocking is air flow., and super common this and a simple fix.

The temperature sensor is located under the lower intake manifold. It is approx. a 3 hour procedure

Check the wiring harness and connector to the right side blend door actuator. Sounds like there's an intermittent problem there and it's going back to default position.

tack battery cable loose from battery for 5 minits then put battery cable back on battery and restart tye the trunk shut with a rope to take it to mechanic friend to check lock

It can mean the Compass has been calibrated. It can mean the GPS has been calibrated. Someone could have switched from Kilometers to Miles and results were converted.

There is a set button on garage door opener look at manual that is in the garage hanging. to make car and door work together you will need both manuals

There is a control on some Dome lights which override the door sensors. The headlamp control on some dashes will turn on the interior lights if they are turned to one extreme direction.
