Hello .. Try having someone push the button in the car while you push in or down on it ... That works most of the time . Next best thing is to remove the rear seat and have a kid pull the release cord from inside the trunk. They made it the law that all vehicles have one . Kids were dying because they got in but couldn't get out and they died trying ,,,,,

do you mean fuse for the amp? There should be an auxhillary fuse in the fuse box if the amp is an after market fitment...........there should also be a fuseholder under the dashboard .....behind the unit
