Rip it out and fit a aftermarket this radio has a chip inside thats failed end of story its not repairable

Use flatbar or panel trim removal tool to pry out plastic clips at bottom. There will be screws or bolts holding the interior door handle, probably hidden by a cover that 'clicks' off or they may be concealed. After all clips and fasteners are released, lift panel upward as it hools over the door window well. Note that power windows and locks have wires attached to them. Reinstall is the reverse procedure.
