I have a 2011 Dodge Charger and the interior lights stay on while I'm driving down the road. How do I fix it?

Sounds like 1 of the 4 door switches is bad, test the drivers door switch first, then front passenger, then r/r then l/r till you find the bad one.

I have a 2011 dodge charger and my trunk release on the trunk doesn't work what can be the problem?

If its the electrical type, start with checking the switch for contact, check wiring to it has power or not, then check for blown fuse. Then check the electrical wire and pc in the trunk -- parts do fail.

My key will not start my car, then it wouldn't open the door

This model year comes equipped with Keyless Enter-N-Go, which uses an electronic transmitter in the key fob to communicate with the car. The vehicle's doors will not unlock and the vehicle will not start if the key fob is not matched to the vehicle or if the commonly-available watch battery in the key fob has been depleted. The EVIC will flash a message upon vehicle startup if it determines that the battery in your key fob is low on charge and should be replaced. To open the doors, try the following: 1. Use the spare key fob that came with the vehicle. If the battery in your main key fob is depleted, the spare key fob's battery may still retain charge due to its much more occasional use. 2. The key fob comes with an emergency key inside of it. To remove the emergency key, slide the mechanical latch on the back of the key fob sideways with your thumb and then pull the key out with your other hand. This key will allow you to unlock the driver's side door and glove compartment. It will not start the vehicle. To start the car with a severely-depleted key fob battery, try the following: 1. In case the ignition switch does not change with the push of a button, the RKE transmitter (Key Fob) may have a low or dead battery. In this situation a back-up method can be used to operate the ignition switch. Put the nose side (side opposite of the emergency key) of the Key Fob against the ENGINE START/STOP button and push to operate the ignition switch. To replace the battery in your key fob, try the following: 1. Remove the emergency key from the key fob following the directions above. 2. Using a vinyl spudger tool or a flat-bladed screwdriver, gently pry the two halves of the key fob apart at the indented slot above the slot for the emergency key. 3. Replace the depleted battery with a new battery. Use the depleted battery to visually match the size. The battery is usually available wherever watch or hearing-aid batteries are sold. 4. Snap the key fob back together and replace the emergency key. If the issue is a depleted battery, your key fob should operate normally. If the issue is not related to the state of the battery, you will probably need to contact your local dealer for service. How reset oil change light 2011 charger

Your vehicle is equipped with an engine oil change indicator system. The "Oil Change Due" message will flash in the EVIC display for approximately 10 seconds after a single chime has sounded to indicate the next scheduled oil change interval. The engine oil change indicator system is duty cycle based, which means the engine oil change interval may fluctuate dependent upon your personal driving style. Unless reset, this message will continue to display each time you cycle the ignition to the ON/RUN position. To turn off the message temporarily, press and release the MENU button. To reset the oil change indicator system (after performing the scheduled maintenance), perform the following procedure: 1. Without pressing the brake pedal, push the ENGINE START/STOP button and cycle the ignition to the ON/ RUN position (Do not start the engine.) 2. Fully depress the accelerator pedal, slowly, three times within 10 seconds. 3. Without pressing the brake pedal, push the ENGINE START/STOP button once to return the ignition to the OFF/LOCK position. NOTE: If the indicator message illuminates when you start the vehicle, the oil change indicator system did not reset. If necessary, repeat this procedure. I can't open the gas tank panel on a Dodge Charger

There is a fuel filler door release switch on the driver's side door in the map pocket. The fuel filler door will pop open when the switch is pressed. It is closed manually. If this system is malfunctioning, a manual release is located in the trunk. Remove the access cover which is located on the left-side inner trim panel and pull the release cable. The fuel filler door will pop open. Source: Owner's Manual pages 418-421 Dodge Charger Owners Manual
