Alternators charge rate is 14.5 to 15.5 volts and if it is only 13.8 volts then that is battery voltage for a good battery and this means that the alternator is not charging which indicates a diode has failed and discharging the battery

Starter problems
Bad connection between batteries and starter. Remove connections, clean with a wire brush and replace.

Ac unit not blowing cold air on drivers side but
there is a flap inside the blower unit, should be able to find it if you put your hand in foot well and around the back of the consol there is just enough room to put your hand in. see if it is broken or fell out. also check the motor wires that go into the motor. if all fine then the motor for the flap may have gone also check fuse's may have a split fuse not a blown one.

Find orifice tube
Usually the orifice tube is in the lower metal line going to the condenser, possibly behind the grille. The line is bulged out wider where the tube is.
