what fuse? is it a fuse that has to do with door? sounds like a mechanical problem to me

If the leak was coming from the oil filter gasket, it would leak the whole time the engine is running. Is this what it is doing, or does it only leak on start?

check for fuse and relay problems in the ac circuit. disconnect the wire near the ac clutch and use a test light to see if there is power there. Remember that there are 3 units that will stop the clutch from working. Low pressure switch, high pressure switch and the thermostat. Best take it to an accredited ac specialist shop for a test of the system as you may have a leak and all the gas is gone.
