code p 0101 refers to mass air flow (MAF) sensor /volume air flow(VAF) sensor --range /performance problem===causes ---intake leak/blockage ---MAF/VAF sensor
code p 0201 refers to injector 1--circuit malfunction===causes wiring---injector---ECM
code p 0224 refers to throttle position(TP) sensor B/ accelerator pedal position (APP) sensor B--circuit malfunction===causes --wiring ---poor connections --TP/APP sensor ---ECM

Yes, of course you "can" !!!!
Since it is cold, (not heated), you should be fine.
If your part of the country has ice or snow, or even sometimes a lot of water, you might consider using:
1) strong ties (thicker), and
2) many more ties than you might think you need.
If these don't hold, there are stainless steel band clamps you could buy and use.

You can. I remove the bolt and insert a block of wood between the arm and the body to help keep the arm lower and then press the bushing in and out
